Frog Housing tools: what they help with
These calculators size your frog's living space: the minimum and recommended dimensions, how much bedding or substrate to buy and what fits in the space you have. Too little space is one of the most common welfare problems in pets. The right size gives a frog room to move, rest and behave normally.
What to know about housing and enclosure size for frogs
Frog needs differ sharply between terrestrial, arboreal and fully aquatic species. All have permeable skin that absorbs whatever it touches, so hands must be wet and free of soap, and water must always be dechlorinated. Target humidity is around 70-90%.

A practical tip
Treat the minimum as the floor, not the goal. Bigger is almost always better, especially for active or social species.
